Returns
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival
The issue is reported within the required timeframe
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Handmade items used or washed after delivery

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
